Placebo are returning to where I first saw them play, Brixton Academy for 2 nights, and they have recruited the help of their fans and asked them to dress as as the clown on the cover of their new single “Trigger Happy Hands”. In return for the fans coming as clowns, they will reward people with spot prizes including going to the after-show party on the 28th. I have decided to oblige and give it my full support, I have never been to a gig in fancy dress before, but who knows. I’ll let you know how it goes when I get back tomorrow night. Also on a side note, they are recording the show on the 28th! :)
Placebo are being supported by Evaline, the band who Steve Forrest originally was a member of before joining Placebo following Steve Hewitt’s departure from the band.
